The concept of the LRF was mentioned in the science fiction novel Time for the Stars by Robert A. Heinlein. We have formed the LRF to deliver on the implied messaging within this novel.
The people involved in the LRF believe that creating and funding large-scale STEAM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths) projects for the benefit of all is the only way to enable humanity to continue as a species.
We focus on initiatives that combine technical and artistic disciplines, ensuring that the benefits of innovation are accessible to everyone, regardless of background.
