We have formed the LRF to deliver on the implied messaging within this novel.
The people involved in the LRF believe that the creation of and funding of large scale STEAM ( "Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Maths") projects for the benefit of all is the only way to enable humanity to continue as a species.
